Welcome to BizPrep, LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our content or making a purchase, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Services
BizPrep, LLC offers digital products, business consulting, and AI-powered automation services. Descriptions and scope of services are provided before engagement or purchase.
2. Payments
All fees must be paid as agreed in the service agreement or upon checkout. We accept credit cards and other secure payment methods through our platform. Late or failed payments may result in service delays.
3. Refund Policy
BizPrep, LLC is committed to client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our offerings, we maintain the following refund policies:
a. Digital Products
All sales of digital downloads (eBooks, templates, forms, guides) are final. No refunds will be issued once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
b. Consulting & Automation Services
Refunds for services may be granted if the service has not begun. If the project has started, a prorated refund may be issued based on the remaining unrendered portion, less a 10% administrative fee.
c. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation. Cancellations within 24 hours may not qualify for a refund.
d. Satisfaction Guarantee
If dissatisfied with our service, contact us at rw@bizprepnow.com within 7 business days. We will work to resolve the issue, which may include revisions, future service credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
e. Chargebacks and Disputes
Clients agree to resolve issues with BizPrep, LLC before initiating a chargeback or dispute through their bank or payment provider.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
